Is the audit call a full business audit?

The call is a focused starting conversation. A deeper operational audit is a separate, scoped engagement with workflow mapping and a written roadmap.

Does advisory include implementation?

Advisory covers decisions and guidance. Hands-on builds are scoped separately. A fractional leadership engagement can coordinate that delivery, with responsibilities and capacity agreed upfront.

Do we have to go through every level?
